Typically, we bag everything and place it in your outdoor trash bin.

Pricing depends on how many dogs you have and how often you want service.

Plans start at $20/week for one dog, or $45/month for monthly service. Most customers pay around $100/month on average

We’ll give you a clear quote up front, and we’ll confirm the details on your first visit before we get started.

We offer a few options so you can pick what fits your yard and your schedule:

We’re not able to give a specific arrival window for your scoop day. We schedule by service day (like trash pickup), and that helps keep our rates lower.

Our routes are optimized daily, and typically begin around 7:30 a.m.

Communication matters, so you’ll always get a text when we’re on the way:
• we usually send it about 60 minutes before we arrive
ª if you’re near the beginning of the route, it may be closer to 15–30 minutes (we try not to text too early in the morning)

No, you do not need to be home while we clean.

We just ask that we have easy access to your gate so we can get into the yard.

Yes, we bill monthly.

• Recurring service is billed on the 1st of each month, before that month’s cleanups happen.
• Initial cleanups are charged after the cleanup is completed.

Starting weekly service after an initial cleanup?
On your first visit, you’ll be charged for the initial cleanup plus the remaining weekly cleanups left in that month. Your next monthly charge will be on the 1st of the following month.

Example:
Let’s say your weekly plan is $100/month, and your initial cleanup is $100. Your first visit is 9/15, and your weekly day is Tuesday.

Charged on 9/15:
• Initial cleanup: $100
• Remaining September cleanups (9/22, 9/29): $50
• Total: $150

Next monthly charges:
• 10/1: $100
• 11/1: $100
• 12/1: $100

Monthly pricing is based on a 52-week calendar, averaged out over 12 months. If a month has 5 weeks instead of 4, you won’t be charged extra for that additional visit. It’s already built into the monthly price.

If payment isn’t received before your first cleanup of the month, you’ll be taken off the schedule until payment goes through.

A quick heads up: When you first add a card in the portal, you may see a $1.50 test charge. It’s just a quick authorization hold, and will fall off shortly.
